Dear Colorado Dental Provider,
You are invited to participate in a research study: "Assessing Dental Providers’ Perspectives of Dentists and Dental Hygienists as Vaccinators." The purpose of this study is to assess practicing dentists’ and dental hygienists’ perspectives on dental clinicians as providers of childhood vaccinations — specifically HPV and influenza vaccines. Your feedback is essential to understanding barriers and facilitators to dental providers serving as vaccinators in Colorado, improving dental curricula, and improving access to preventive care in Colorado.
Participation Overview: · Task: An anonymous, multiple-choice online survey regarding your HPV knowledge and perspectives on the role of dental providers in promoting and providing vaccines.
· Time: Approximately 5–15 minutes.
· Privacy: Your responses are strictly anonymous. The only identifiers being tracked are basic demographics and general dental practice information.
· Voluntary: Participation is entirely optional.
· End Date: The survey will close on October 30th at 11:59PM.
