Each year at CODHA’s ALPINE Conference, we proudly honor dental hygienists who go above and beyond in service, leadership, and impact. These prestigious awards highlight the individuals who elevate our profession—and we need your help to recognize them.

🏆 Ethel Covington Dental Hygiene Award

CODHA’s highest honor, presented in collaboration with the Colorado Dental Association (CDA).
Recognizes: A dental hygienist who embodies the mission of CODHA—advancing oral health, education, advocacy, and professional excellence.

🌟 Outstanding Contribution Award

Honoring impact at the component level.
Recognizes: A non-officer CODHA member for exceptional involvement in community service, component activities, and local engagement from one Annual Session to the next.

💼 Deborah Bailey Astroth Distinguished Service Award

Celebrating long-term service and leadership.
Recognizes: A current CODHA/ADHA member with at least 5 years of active membership and leadership who has meaningfully advanced the profession or supported association growth and policy.
