Lancette VanGuilder

Lancette VanGuilder, BS, RDH, PHE is a proud COVID-19 vaccinator in Reno, NV. She is an internationally recognized continuing education speaker, a complete health dental hygienist, an airway ambassador, owner/operator of a mobile dental hygiene business, a public health advocate, and a key opinion leader. She is passionate about access to care, disease prevention, and the utilization of the dental hygienist. She can be reached at

Alyssa Aberle

Alyssa Aberle is a 2009 graduate of the University of Colorado’s dental hygiene program. Alyssa  has spent her dental hygiene career working with several local nonprofit organizations. Through her work within these organizations, she had the desire to gain knowledge on business operations and management to complement her clinical background. In 2013, Alyssa graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.

While completing her Masters degree, Alyssa remained active in the Colorado Dental Hygienists’ Association. Alyssa served on the CODHA Board of Trustees as Vice President, President-Elect, President, and Immediate Past President. During her year as Past President, she was hired by the CODHA as Executive Director. She has been able to play a role in various aspects of our professional association and has a passion for advocacy and advancing the profession of dental hygiene.

Amanda Gall

Amanda joined Meridian from the administration of the elected District Attorney for Colorado’s First Judicial District, where she represented the DA in policy matters and public affairs and managed her budget and operational directors. Before serving in that administration, Amanda lobbied in-house on behalf of the state’s twenty-two elected DAs at the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council.

An attorney, Amanda’s legal career began in international finance and investments before she pivoted to become a prosecutor specializing in crimes against children. She has served on a number of boards and committees, both public and nonprofit, and counts the support of children’s causes among her priorities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University and a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.

Adeline Hodge

With a track record of delivering results in communities across Colorado and at the Capitol, Adeline has been engaged professionally in state politics since 2014. Building on experience gained as a legislative intern at the Colorado General Assembly, Adeline worked as a contract lobbyist at a Denver-based firm for seven years before joining forces with Amanda Gall to found Meridian.

Prior to working in government affairs, Adeline spent over five years providing clinical mental health services to children and families in inpatient psychiatric, residential treatment, and public school settings. Adeline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver.

Courtney Justice

Courtney Justice is a registered dental hygienist who has dedicated her career to addressing access to care issues. Courtney received her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree. She currently serves as the president of the Colorado Dental Hygienist’s Association and is the Regional Oral Health Specialist for a rural, school-based, and teledentistry program. Courtney is an ardent advocate for oral health equity and actively participates in shaping policy at both state and national levels. Her unwavering commitment to place-based dental hygiene has made dental care more accessible for the residents of Southwestern Colorado, and she is constantly striving to make it more so. Through her business, Justice Dental, LLC, Courtney partners with local hygiene schools to teach Interim Therapeutic Restoration licensing courses; training hygienists to practice at the top of their licensure and provide minimally invasive dentistry practices to their patients. In her spare time, Courtney travels the country with Remote Area Medical as a mobile dental x-ray CORE Lead, where she provides training and education to volunteers, ensuring that people in remote areas can receive essential dental care.

Dani Ford

Dani has been a RDH for over 11 years, working exclusively in the community health sector. She is passionate about advocating for hygienists to work to their fullest scope of practice, breaking down barriers to provider access to care for all and ensuring the integrity of the profession is preserved.

Lisa Westhoff

Joined CHS as the Regional Oral Health Specialist, covering Aspen to Parachute in 2023. She was born and raised in rural southeastern CO where her mother has also been a RDH for over 43 years and her grandmother worked in a dental office back when they had ash trays in every operatory. After graduating from CNCC in 2007, Lisa moved to the western slope and has worked in a variety of dental settings including private practice, education, and public health. In 2013, she returned to college at Eastern Washington University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2016 and a Masters of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2019. It was this time in her life when public health and working with communities to improve access to healthcare became a reality. Bringing the most innovative and least invasive dental treatment options to patients is Lisa’s favorite. Just ask her about silver diamine fluoride and how it’s changing dentistry; she’ll tell you all about it and then apply some for free.

Janiece Ervin

As a clinical RDH, speaker, and business owner, Janiece C. Ervin, BSDH, RDH, CWWS, focuses on preventing workplace disengagement. She’s the owner and founder of Dental Explorer Network, a Colorado-based traveling dental hygiene company, and owner of the DEN Study Club. Janiece has been in a private practice setting for 19 years, and she earned her certification as a worksite wellness specialist. She’s a member and current VP of the Colorado Dental Hygienists’ Association, and chair of the Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion committee.
